An illustrative scheme prepared by Arcady Architects proposes a total of 26 residential units, arranged as a mix of terraced, semi-detached, and detached two-storey houses, each benefitting from private rear gardens. The proposed housing mix includes:

In accordance with Local Plan policy, a scheme of this scale is required to deliver a minimum of 35% affordable housing.
